     My mission is to assist clients in cultivating a sense of inner peace through massage and energy work.  To help reduce muscular pain, stress, tension and to increase mobility.

     

    Helping you to navigate knowing yourself and paying attention to how your emotions and life's stresses affect your body and well being.

     Welcome to my site! 


    I am an empathic intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist, certified Reiki Practitioner,  and a Shiatsu Practitioner.    I am  highly experienced in working with individuals with chronic pain. And I have a passion for helping people.  

     

    Prior to empowering others for their  own healing; physically, emotionally, and spiritually,  I spent over  20 years in corporate America.  Thirteen of those years as an Account Manager for a large medical  laboratory. 


    In my younger years, I started practicing Tai Chi on a daily basis. I noticed a huge improvement in my own health. In early 2000, I answered my calling for the healing arts, and  I went to school for shiatsu massage, and training for reiki.

    Healing Modalities

    Therapeutic Massage

    60 minutes - $80

    90 minutes - $110

    120 minutes - $160


    Each massage is customized. Whether you need relaxing, deep tissue, therapeutic , shiatsu or a combination.  Essential oils are provided during your massage session. 


    What is Shiatsu?

    It is a  Japanese style of Asian Bodywork Therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.   Shiatsu moves Qi and

    Blood through the body's energetic pathways called Meridians.

    When Qi and Blood are unobstructed, the body is able to heal.  Techniques applied are soothing, kneading and pressing along the meridians.  Its helps to restore the feeling of well being.  You are completely clothed during Shiatsu session.


    Energy & Spirit

    Reiki for 45 minutes - $50

    Reiki for 60 minutes - $80


    Reiki helps to relieve stress, anxiety, and can help to calm the mind and boost your mood. 


    Intuitive Guidance

    Helping you to gain clarity in your life, assisting you to connect with your higher self. 


    $80 for one hour


    $130 for 90 minutes combination of Reiki and Intuitive Guidance
