I am a licensed massage therapist, Shiatsu Anma bodywork therapist, reiki therapist, and an intuitive spiritual guide. I have been a licensed massage therapist in FL since 2019. My journey in healing began in 2003 in Minnesota as a Shiatsu Anma practitioner and Reiki practitioner.
My understanding of how grief, anxiety, and the physical toll of care-giving manifest as muscular tension and stress in the body is built on a lifetime of experience. Over 30 years ago, I began navigating these heavy waves, serving as the primary emotional anchor for my family during my mother's battle with ovarian cancer. Less than a decade later, I carried that same heavy physical, mental, and emotional strain through my grandmother's journey with dementia. Then years after that, I became the sole caregiver for my father during the last six years of his life.
Spanning 20 years of care-giving across generations, I learned exactly what it means to hold a family together entirely on your own. This profound personal journey became my ultimate masterclass in somatic empathy.
My mission is to create a compassionate, calming, nurturing environment where your mind and body and soul can reconnect. To help you walk away feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed, and understood at the end of your session.

Reiki and Restorative Healing Session
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique, also known as Usui Reiki was created by Dr. Makao Usui in early 20th century.
Each one hour session is personalized to support your unique emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. While Reiki serves as the foundation for every session, I also incorporate intuitive/spiritual guidance and other complementary energy healing techniques to promote deep relaxation, restore energetic balance, and support your body's natural healing process. Hand placements may be slightly above the body or lightly on the body.
This gentle, restorative experience is designed to help you release emotional and energetic blockages, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a greater sense of peace, clarity, and well-being.

Shiatsu Anma Bodywork
Shiatsu Anma Bodywork Session
Shiatsu Anma is a traditional form of Japanese bodywork that combines the therapeutic principles of Shiatsu and Anma. Anma originated in China and was later refined in Japan, where Shiatsu developed over the past century a comprehensive approach to restoring balance and promoting overall well-being.
Using finger pressure, palm pressure, soothing, kneading, gentle stretching and acupressure techniques, this session works along the body's meridians-the energy pathways through which blood and Qi (vital life energy) are believed to flow. When the flow of Qi becomes restricted, it may contribute to physical discomfort and a sense of imbalance. By stimulating specific meridians and pressure points, Shiatsu Anma encourages the free flow of energy, helping the body return to a state of harmony.
Dress comfortably you will be fully clothed during the session.
